Concert: Premiere of the Anti-Imperialist Song Cycle

Sunday, April 10 at 4pm, soprano Amanda Zory and pianist Walter Aparicio will giving the premiere performance of my Anti-Imperialist Song Cycle, which fuses modern classical, hardcore punk, modal jazz, and operatic singing in a scathing critique of the crimes and culture of American empire. Zory and Aparicio will also be previewing songs from my next song cycle, “The Foolish Victims of Deceit and Self-Deceit.” This all goes down at the Soapbox Gallery in Brooklyn, NY.
